Production Process

 

Firstly, prepare polyvinyl chloride resin, stabilizer, plasticizer, pigment, and other additives.
These raw materials are mixed in precise formulas and pressed into various specifications of PVC boards under high temperature and pressure.
Then cool and shape, and cut and organize to meet different application needs. Finally,packaging after strict testing.
